COMPANYAbout

Unplanned downtime is a reading problem, not a luck problem.

Almost every breakdown we have looked at left a trail: a complaint logged two weeks earlier, a repair interval quietly shortening, a part that had been out of stock since the last failure. The information existed. It was simply not in one place, and nobody was reading it together.

What we buildScope
  • We build

Spare-parts inventory and maintenance scheduling driven by equipment health

  • We do not build

General asset tracking or fleet telematics

  • We do not build

A parts marketplace or vendor exchange

  • We do not build

    Procurement between companies

Why we started

The narrow problem we chose.

Indussbz began with a single observation from manufacturing floors: maintenance teams are rarely short of information. They are short of a way to connect what the machine is telling them to what is sitting on the store room shelf.

A bearing starts complaining in week one. By week three the operator mentions it twice on the shift log. In week five the machine stops mid-order, and the bearing that would have fixed it in forty minutes is three days away from a supplier. The repair was cheap. The stoppage was not.

We deliberately kept the scope narrow. This is not a platform for tracking every asset a company owns, and it is not vehicle telematics. It does two things properly: spare-parts inventory tied to equipment condition, and maintenance scheduling driven by that same condition. Everything else in the product exists to serve those two.

We also refused the obvious adjacent business. The easiest version of this idea is a marketplace connecting plants to parts sellers, taking a margin on each transaction. We do not build that. Your vendor relationships, your negotiated rates and your purchasing authority are yours, and introducing a commission into a maintenance decision corrupts the advice.

Principles

Three commitments the product is held to.

Predict before you repair

A failure you saw coming is a planned job with the part in hand. A failure you did not is a crisis with overtime attached. Every feature is judged on whether it moves work from the second category to the first.

Your vendors, your decisions

The platform raises a suggestion with the evidence behind it. A named person approves it. We take no commission, hold no commercial position, and never introduce a supplier you have not approved.

Built for the plant floor

If a technician in gloves next to a running machine cannot use a screen in under a minute, it is not finished. Clear targets, few words, works when the signal drops.

How we work

Claims we will not make.

  • We do not quote a guaranteed downtime reduction percentage. Results depend on asset age, data quality and how fast parts can be sourced.
  • We do not describe alerts as certainties. Every prediction carries a confidence level, including the uncomfortable ones.
  • We do not claim to replace experienced maintenance judgement. We claim to give it better inputs.

Who it is for

Manufacturers who feel every stoppage.

The product is built for plants where equipment uptime directly limits output, and where the maintenance team is small enough that every emergency callout costs someone a night.
