Plan around condition, not around the calendar.
Fixed intervals over-service the machines that barely run and under-service the ones carrying three shifts. Scheduling here blends your routine preventive plan with condition-triggered jobs, and fits both into the stops you were already taking.
Replace CD-04 drive bearing
PM: belt tension, Line 2
Calibrate IM-06 zone 3
PM: compressor filter check
Both condition jobs ride along with stops already on the plan.
Condition-triggered jobs appear next to your routine PM plan
Work is fitted to planned stops and shift availability
Each job carries its parts, duration and the alert that caused it
In the product
One calendar, three kinds of work.
Routine preventive maintenance, condition-triggered inspections and critical repairs sit on the same week view, so the plan reflects what the plant will actually do.

Capabilities
What this module handles.
Condition triggers
A high or critical alert proposes a job with the right trade, duration estimate and parts already attached.
Planned stop awareness
Jobs are steered toward windows you already lose to changeovers, cleaning or weekend stops.
Job checklists
Each task type carries its own steps, torque values, safety isolations and sign-off points.
Trade and crew load
See how many electrician or fitter hours a week is carrying before committing to another job.
Route-based PMs
Lubrication and inspection rounds are grouped by physical route so a technician walks the line once.
Completion record
Time taken, parts consumed, findings and photographs are written back to the asset history.
Setup
From first login to first useful result.
- 01
Bring in the PM plan
Load your existing preventive tasks with their intervals and trades. Nothing is discarded.
- 02
Define planned stop windows
Tell the scheduler when the line is normally down so condition jobs get slotted there first.
- 03
Set crew availability
Enter trades and hours per shift so the week view shows a plan that can actually be staffed.
- 04
Work the queue
Technicians open the day's list on a tablet, complete the checklist and the asset record updates itself.
Questions
Asked on the floor.
Does fixed-interval maintenance disappear?+
No. Statutory inspections and manufacturer-mandated intervals stay on fixed schedules. Condition-based scheduling applies to the discretionary work around them.
What if a job cannot be done in the proposed window?+
Push it and record why. Deferred critical jobs stay visible with their risk window so the decision is deliberate rather than forgotten.
Can technicians work offline?+
Job lists and checklists are cached on the device, and completions sync when the tablet reconnects. Plant floors with poor coverage are the normal case, not the exception.
How are repeat jobs handled?+
If the same fault reappears on an asset within a short window, it is linked to the earlier job so the pattern surfaces instead of being logged as a new incident.
