Agreement to these terms
By creating a workspace or using the platform, the subscribing company agrees to these terms on behalf of every user it authorises. Where a separately signed agreement exists with us, that agreement prevails over anything inconsistent here.
What the platform provides
A subscription provides access to equipment health scoring, predictive maintenance alerts, spare-parts inventory management, maintenance scheduling, downtime tracking, and vendor and reorder management, within the limits of the plan you have selected.
The platform is an internal tool for a single company. It is not a marketplace, a vendor exchange or a procurement intermediary. It does not introduce third-party sellers, does not process transactions between companies, and takes no commission, margin or fee on anything you purchase.
Nature and limits of predictive output
Health scores and alerts are statistical estimates derived from the data available in your workspace. They are decision support, not statements of fact about the physical condition of a machine.
- Alerts carry a stated confidence level, and that confidence is part of the output. A high-confidence alert may still be wrong.
- Accuracy depends on the completeness and honesty of the data entered, including runtime, readings, symptom reports and repair history.
- A failure may occur without any prior alert, including on assets scored as healthy.
- Predicted time windows are indicative ranges, not deadlines or guarantees.
- No specific reduction in downtime, cost or failure rate is promised, and any figures shown on our website or in illustrative calculators are presented as examples, not commitments.
Responsibility for decisions
The platform flags and suggests. Your organisation decides. This allocation is deliberate and is a condition of use.
- Maintenance decisions, including whether to intervene, defer or continue running an asset, rest with your maintenance and engineering personnel.
- Purchasing decisions, including whether to place a reorder, in what quantity and from which approved vendor, rest with your authorised approvers.
- Statutory inspections, certifications, isolation procedures, permits to work and all other safety obligations remain entirely yours and are not discharged by any output of the platform.
- Nothing in the platform should be relied upon as engineering certification, as a safety assessment or as a substitute for qualified judgement on the floor.
You are responsible for configuring minimum stock levels, cost rates, cause codes, approval limits and auto-approval thresholds appropriately for your operation, and for reviewing those settings as conditions change.
Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for your own company's internal maintenance and inventory operations.
- Do not resell, sublicense or provide access to the platform as a service to other companies.
- Do not use the platform to operate a parts brokerage, sourcing agency or procurement service on behalf of third parties.
- Do not attempt to extract, reverse engineer or replicate the detection logic, or interfere with other customers' workspaces.
- Do not upload content you have no right to upload, or anything that would breach a confidentiality obligation you owe to a supplier or customer.
Accounts and access
Accounts are issued to named individuals. Credentials must not be shared between people, and administrators are responsible for removing access promptly when someone leaves a role. You are responsible for activity carried out under accounts issued to your workspace.
Your data and ownership
You retain ownership of all plant data you enter or import, including the asset register, maintenance history, spare-parts records, downtime events and vendor list. We claim no ownership over it and do not use it to build products for others.
We are granted only the licence necessary to host, process and display that data to deliver the service to you, including producing scores, alerts, schedules and reports within your workspace.
Export to CSV is available throughout the subscription. On cancellation or expiry, export remains available during a defined wind-down window before deletion from active systems.
Subscription, billing and term
- Subscriptions are quoted per facility, based on machine count and site structure, and run on a monthly or annual term.
- Fees are payable in advance for each term. Applicable taxes are additional.
- Terms renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately with the fee adjusted for the remainder of the term. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.
- Exceeding the monitored machine limit of your plan may require an upgrade, which we will raise with you before any change in fees.
Cancellation and suspension
You may cancel before the next renewal date, and access continues until the end of the paid term. Refund treatment is set out in the Refund and Cancellation policy.
We may suspend access where fees remain unpaid after reasonable notice, or where use breaches these terms in a way that risks the security or integrity of the platform. Where suspension is for non-payment, export of your data remains possible for a reasonable period.
Availability and support
We aim for continuous availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is notified in advance where practicable. Support is provided at the level attached to your plan. Offline capability on mobile devices is designed to reduce the operational impact of connectivity loss on the plant floor, not to guarantee uninterrupted function.
Third-party systems
Where you import sensor data, line-counter exports or records from another system, you are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for your right to transfer it. We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of systems we do not operate.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost production, lost profit, lost output, scrapped material, expedited freight, overtime cost, consequential or indirect loss, or for equipment failure or damage, whether or not an alert was raised beforehand and whether or not an alert that was raised proved accurate.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the subscription fees paid by you for the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information in confidence. Your vendor terms, stock positions, downtime figures and maintenance history are treated as your confidential information and are not disclosed outside the people and providers necessary to deliver the service.
Changes to the service and to these terms
The platform is developed continuously, and features may be added, altered or retired. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, or materially alters these terms, workspace administrators will be notified by email in advance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts having jurisdiction over our registered office hold exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Raising a dispute
Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to raise the issue in writing through the contact form on this website and allow a reasonable period for resolution. Most disagreements about configuration, scope or billing are resolved at this stage.
