Priced per facility, not per breakdown.
Three plans, scoped by how many machines you monitor and how deep the automation goes. Every plan includes full data export, and none of them take a cut of what you buy.
- Full CSV export of your data at any time
- Your vendors only, never a third-party marketplace
- No commission on parts or purchases
- Final maintenance and purchasing decisions stay with your team

- Vendor list and reorder approval workflow
- Unlimited users
- Priority support and onboarding
Multi-site
Multiple facilities
Centralised dashboard with per-site configuration

Pricing questions
Answered plainly.
Which data sources are compatible?+
Health scoring starts from records you already keep: runtime hours, operator symptom reports, meter readings and repair history, entered on a tablet or imported from a spreadsheet. On Growth and Multi-site, existing sensor data can be imported by CSV or pulled from a sensor platform's API, and PLC or line-counter exports can feed stoppage data where available.
How is the vendor list set up?+
You enter your own approved suppliers with the parts each one covers, agreed lead times and an internal owner. Part numbers and vendor references stay exactly as your store room uses them. The platform never adds a supplier you have not entered, and there is no third-party seller directory.
What does onboarding involve?+
Typically a short asset register import, a parts list import and a working session to agree cause codes and minimum levels. Most plants start with the ten to twenty assets responsible for the most stoppages rather than the whole site at once.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Subscriptions run on a monthly or annual term and can be cancelled before the next renewal. On cancellation your data remains exportable in full for a defined wind-down window, and nothing is withheld. Details are set out in the Terms of Service and the Refund and Cancellation policy.
Are there transaction fees on parts?+
No. Indussbz is a subscription product. It does not take a margin, commission or transaction fee on anything you purchase, and it is not party to your commercial terms with suppliers.
Can we move between plans?+
Yes. Moving from Starter to Growth keeps all history intact and switches on predictive alerting and scheduling. Moving to Multi-site adds further facilities under the same group record.
Running more than ten facilities?
Group deployments are scoped individually, including per-site configuration and rollout sequencing.
