Your approved vendors. Your approval chain.
When stock would fall below minimum, Indussbz raises a reorder suggestion against the vendor you already buy that part from, and sends it to the person who signs for it. Nothing is ordered automatically, and no third-party seller is ever introduced.

Reorders route only to vendors on your own approved list
Every suggestion names the alert and stock level that caused it
Approval stays with your people, at the limits you set
In the product
Internal by design.
This module manages the suppliers you have already chosen. It is not a marketplace, it does not list sellers you have not approved, and it does not process payments between companies.
Holds your vendor master
Names, part coverage, agreed rates, lead times and contact owner, maintained by your team.
Raises reorder suggestions
Triggered by stock dropping below an effective minimum, with the causing alert attached.
Routes for approval
Value bands decide who signs. Small consumables can be auto-approved within a limit you define.
Tracks lead time performance
Promised against actual delivery, per vendor and per part, built from your own receipts.
Explicit boundary
What this module will never do
- Connect you to third-party or unknown sellers
- Act as a marketplace or vendor exchange
- Handle procurement transactions between companies
- Place an order without a named approval
- Share your pricing or vendor terms with anyone else
Purchase orders are raised in whatever system your finance team already uses. Indussbz produces the approved request and the evidence behind it.
Capabilities
What this module handles.
Vendor master
One record per supplier covering the parts they serve, agreed rates, lead times and your internal owner for the relationship.
Approval limits
Define value bands and approvers. Routine consumables can clear automatically while anything significant needs a signature.
Lead-time buffers
Parts with long lead times carry a buffer, so the reorder point accounts for the weeks a shipment actually takes.
Vendor comparison
Where two approved vendors supply the same part, both are shown with their rate and delivery record so the choice is informed.
Request documentation
Each approved request carries the triggering alert, stock position and asset criticality, which makes audit queries short.
Receipt history
Goods received are booked against the request, closing the loop between the flag, the order and the shelf.
Setup
From first login to first useful result.
- 01
Load your vendor list
Enter the suppliers you already use, with the parts each one covers and agreed lead times.
- 02
Map parts to vendors
Attach each SKU to one or more approved vendors. Unmapped parts raise a request without a supplier, flagged for sourcing.
- 03
Set approval bands
Decide what clears automatically and what needs a signature, and name the approvers for each band.
- 04
Run the first cycle
Review a month of suggestions before switching on auto-approval for low-value consumables.
Questions
Asked on the floor.
Will the platform order parts on its own?+
Only within limits you explicitly configure, and only from vendors you have approved. Leave auto-approval off and every request waits for a person.
Can we add a new supplier?+
Yes, your team adds and removes vendors at any time. The platform never introduces a supplier you have not entered yourself.
Does Indussbz take a commission on purchases?+
No. There is no transaction fee and no involvement in your commercial terms. Pricing is the subscription only.
How does this handle emergency purchases?+
An urgent request can be raised against an open critical alert and routed straight to the senior approver, with the downtime cost of waiting shown alongside it.
