Stock measured against the failures you can see coming.
Inventory here is not a separate ledger. Every part is linked to the assets that consume it, so when a wear pattern is flagged the store room knows before the technician asks. Minimum levels move with risk, not with last year's consumption.

Sort by what is below minimum, by what is linked to an open alert, or by the line you are about to stop. The same data, read the way the job needs it.

Capabilities
What this module handles.
Part to asset links
A bearing used on two conveyors shows both. Flag either asset and the part inherits the urgency.
Reorder thresholds
Set a minimum and a reorder quantity per part, with an optional lead-time buffer for items that take weeks to arrive.
Risk-adjusted minimums
When a linked asset enters the high or critical band, the effective minimum for that part rises for as long as the alert is open.
Consumption history
Every issue from the store is recorded against the work order and the asset, building real consumption rates instead of estimates.
Issue and return
Parts are booked out against a job and unused items booked back in, so the count on screen matches the count on the shelf.
Reservation on flag
A flagged repair can reserve its parts so they are not consumed by an unrelated job two shifts earlier.
Setup
From first login to first useful result.
- 01
Import the parts list
Bring your existing SKUs, descriptions, bin locations and current counts in from a spreadsheet.
- 02
Link parts to assets
Attach each part to the machines it serves. This single step is what makes risk-based stocking possible.
- 03
Set minimums and lead times
Start with the levels you already use, then let consumption history refine them over the first few months.
- 04
Issue parts against jobs
Once issues and returns run through the platform, counts stay accurate without a separate stock-take ritual.
Questions
Asked on the floor.
Can we keep our existing part numbers?+
Yes. Your SKUs, descriptions, bin codes and vendor part references are used as-is. Nothing is renumbered.
Does this replace our ERP stock module?+
It does not have to. Many plants run maintenance spares here and keep production materials in the ERP, then export consumption data for accounting.
What if two assets need the last unit?+
Reservations are ranked by the severity of the linked alert and asset criticality, and the conflict is shown openly so a planner can decide.
How are slow-moving spares handled?+
Parts with no consumption across a long window are listed separately, so capital tied up in stock that never moves becomes visible rather than invisible.
